Inducto Steel Li posts Q2 net profit of Rs 0.91 cr

The company reported standalone net profit during the quarter stood at Rs 0.91 crore compared to net loss of Rs 0.17 crore in the previous year quarter.
Net revenue of the company rose three fold by 733.27 per cent at Rs 43.33 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 5.20 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 686.91 per cent to Rs 41.47 crore from Rs 5.27 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 172.73 per cent at Rs 0.30 crore versus (Sep'22 Rs 0.11 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 2742.86 per cent to Rs 1.85 crore as against Rs -0.07 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 414.71 per cent in September quarter.
Interest grew by 626.67 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.09 crore, while Taxation increased by 900.00 per cent at Rs 0.08 crore (Sep'22 Rs -0.01 crore).
